Scott Leadbetter BSc (Hons) MRICS, developed James Scott Associates, following 12+ years of experience working for global leading real estate consultancies such as CBRE and financial spearheads Deloitte. Scott has been involved in high value due diligence engagements, design and specification projects and specialises in strategic project management, following projects straight through from feasibility to operation.
James Scott Associates are eager to help clients control their budgets, design efficiently, procure competitively and build effectively. No job is too small. JSA work with residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, stadia clients and much more.

SCOTT LEADBETTER
Chartered Surveyor, Project Manager & Founding Director
Scott is one of the founding directors at James Scott Associates. Scott is a Chartered Building Surveyor with a wealth of experience in procurement, design and project management.
Managing projects from residential conversions to delivering 5 star restaurants on the rooftop of Marina Bay Sands Singapore. The lead project manager / client rep for Hewlett-Packard’s 3000,000sqft Asia headquarters, lead project manager for Southampton F.C. Training Complex and designed the away entrance for Fleetwood Town F.C.
As a Chartered Surveyor Scott acts with transparency and integrity and ensures the client / consultant experience is an enjoyable and honest relationship. Scott’s main objective is to protect his clients from risk. He has experienced working for both contractor and consultant so doesn’t miss a trick!
In his spare time Scott is a Word Championship level IRONMAN athlete and represents Team GB Age Group for Middle Distance triathlon and UCI Cycling.
PETER LEADBETTER
Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, Technical Director
Peter is one of the founding directors at James Scott Associates. Peter is a Mechanical & Electrical Project Engineer with a wealth of experience in procurement, contractor management, value engineering and commercial management.
Pete has been a spearhead for the NHS over the past 30+ years with expertise and focus in building services integration. He has led projects in industrial, healthcare, retail, catering, hospitality, corporate real estate and has a keen eye for statuary regulations and compliance.
As an expert in Building Services, Pete has a wealth of experience in maintenance and facilities management (FM). He has a leading knowledge on HVAC systems and integration and understand client requirements and sensible solutions for creating the correct environment.
In Peter’s spare time travelling and cycling, he hates a headwind.
